I know it’s a bit late, but happy easter everyone :)
Was feeling a bit fed up with project stuff, so decided to do something else! I bought part 2 of the Hobbit the other day, and have watched it so many times already so here is a dragon :) It’s not Smaug, but maybe it’s his second cousin?
Sorry for clogging up your dash, but as it turns out I have two prints coming out tomorrow!
►A Woman’s Courage◄

I believe I have managed to get one! Very excited to see it! Early birthday present for me :D
The first of the double page spreads for my current children’s book project. It’s one of the easier compositions, but I needed to start somewhere! No text yet either, this will be added later!
I now have a Society 6 page! I’m selling a few of the previous pieces I created, so go and have a look-see! You might find something you like?
YAY! Cath Kidston liked and commented on my print! So happy about this!
On my way back from Weymouth in the car, I saw this little guy strutting down the pavement with the biggest bunch of flowers you’ve ever seen. It was mother’s day and you could tell he was really impressed with himself. To top it off he was wearing the snazziest sun glasses, that although were far too big for him, made him look awesome!! I wish I had that kind of confidence! His mum must be super proud!
Thank you little Weymouth man, you made my day!
The YCN Cath Kidston pattern printed out and wrapped around a few objects to show how it might look as a wrapping paper. I’m really happy with how they all look! I think the four pastel colour variations go nicely together.
The sketches and digitally coloured drinks and fruit for the YCN Cath Kidston pattern.
The YCN Cath Kidston pattern I worked on, showing 4 different colour variations. From the brief I decided to go for a summer drinks/ cocktail theme, looking at the age band and type of person we were meant to be designing for I felt this was appropriate. Still not sure which of the colours I prefer.
Had a lot of fun researching different drinks and reminiscing the times when I was able to afford a cheeky cocktail!
::::: IT’S GIVEAWAY TIME! ::::::
Wow, I suddenly hit 500+ followers everyone! Thank you! Whilst this may seem like a small amount to some, it’s quite huge to me. I’ve been in Tumblr for a while now, and it feels so nice to know there’s people out there who follow my work, either since very recently or since a couple of years ago. As a way of saying a massive thank you, I’m going to have my first giveaway!
One lucky being will win:
- 1 limited edition A3 screen print of my 'Tune of Full Moon' illustration.
- 1 limited edition 27.4cm x 17.5cm screen print of my latin women illustration.
- 2 wooden fox necklaces (1 in blue and 1 in orange)
- 1 very special original A5 pencil drawing from me, just for you!
+ my eternal love and gratitude!
All of these pieces are hand made and completely designed/created by yours truly, and I feel like giving some of these away before I eventually open my own shop online (very soon I hope!).
To enter, all you have to do is reblog this post - and I’ll only count reblogs, not likes-. I want people to know this is a legitimate and safe competition, so please don’t un-credit me and make sure not to delete any of the information above!
I’ll have to limit this giveaway to people who live within the UK, EU and EEA (sorry international folks!). You also have to be 18+ years old.
By the next Saturday (March 22nd at 5pm GMT time) I’ll pick one winner at random. I’ll immediately contact said winner privately through his/her blog, and arrange postage of my pieces over.
Many many thanks again, and good luck! :-)
Bear in mind this giveaway is fully and responsibly hosted by me, and isn’t endorsed or sponsored in any way by Tumblr.
ONLY ONE DAY LEFT!

Captain Hook and Smee and the cheeky crocodile from Peter Pan!
I’ve had pierced ears for a while now, but I haven’t been able to take them out. Finally managed to get them off, but realised I didn’t have any other earrings. I had a look online for some, but didn’t like the look of any, so thought I would make my own!
Here is my first attempt! I used Shrinkies plastic and used watercolour pencils to create the butterfly. I’ve been making lots of these over the last couple of days, so stay tuned for more!!
Hello lovely Tumblr peoples, just to let you all know, I now have a Facebook and Twitter page, that I will be regularly updating with more of my work. Feel free to check both pages out at:
